KERAJAAN Persekutuan disaran menubuhkan Suruhanjaya Siasatan Di Raja (SSD) atau mengembalikan kuasa Imigresen kepada Ketua Menteri Sabah bagi menangani ibu kepada segala masalah di Sabah iaitu Pendatang Asing Tanpa Izin (PATI).
Ahli Parlimen Malaysia (Tuaran) Datuk Seri Panglima Wilfred Mojilip Bumburing membuat saranan berkenaan dalam pertemuan khas dengan Sabahkini.net di sebuah hotel di Kuala Lumpur sebentar tadi mengesahkan beliau telah menerima jawapan daripada Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN) pada jam 6 petang kelmarin, 23 November, 2011.

KOTA KINABALU: A well-known consumer activist has criticised the Sabah government for lacking the courage to strike a deal with the federal government to bring down the prices of goods, especially food items, in the state.
“This is a long overdue issue. The state government has done nothing to alleviate the sky-rocketing prices of food items in Sabah,” said Patrick Sindu.

KOTA KINABALU: Globe-trotting Danish environmental consultant, Brigitte Feiring, who was commissioned to evaluate the effectiveness of Pacos’ land rights and natural resource management programmes among natives, has listed two reasons why land-grab issues are yet to be resolved in Sabah.
According to Feiring, the two reasons are a “lack of will” and “capacity problem”.

KUCHING: A simmering issue over the alleged conversion to Islam of Dayak students and pre-schoolers in Sarawak is set to explode in the Umno-led Barisan Nasional’s face .
Responding to the latest allegations that there was an attempt to impart Islamic teaching and practices to non-Muslim children in some Kemas and government pre-schools in the rural areas, the state’s largest Dayak organisation has demanded an immediate stop to such covert activities.
Sarawak Dayak National Union (SDNU) which has well over 100,000 members are demanding that the Taib Mahmud-led state administration intervene and arrest the situation or face public wrath.
