Anwar Ibrahim’s Sodomy II political drama seems scripted to end with his being behind prison bars. It doesn't look good for the government and its boast of judicial and other reforms that now look incredibly superficial and hollow. Anwar won however you look at it though justice delayed is justice denied. Malaysians must be sick of the sodomy side-show and those behind the unsavory plot. Yet again UMNO’s infamous Datuk 3T want to destroy him with yet another Sodomy III.

KOTA BELUD : Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) said the only way to cancel the proposed Tambatuon Dam over Kadamaian River here is to vote out its own proposer, the Barisan Nasional (BN) government!

SAPP supreme council member, Peter Marajin, a lawyer who hails from Kadamaian, gave this advise to the Tambatuon folks over their disappointment with their own village head Amin Goling and the Kota Belud MP, Rahman Dahlan which continued to promote the dam.

THE PROMISES being made by the opposition leaders are so attractive and reasonable, and the support the opposition is getting from the people is now so strong, that the BN leaders are genuinely worried.

The recent visit by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim this week was even more troublesome for them because Anwar made new additional promises that are causing the people to think again more positively about their future.

Mere hours before Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim flew into Kota Kinabalu for a PKR Chinese New Year gathering, Jeffrey Kitingan issued a policy statement on the federal government’s payment of oil royalty to the oil states.
