Bolehkah Kadazandusun bersatu sekali lagi?

Oleh Fred Lojingki
Veteran Politik

Tahun 2016 umur saya pun sudah 75 tahun.

Saya sedih melihat perpecahan orang Kadazandusun.

Veteran Fredoline Lojingki on Zahid

By Fredoline Edwin Lojingki

The Deputy Prime Minister, Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, who is also Home Minister, had recently made couples of revelations on security issues affecting our country especially here in Sabah.

Zahid had said that the police has gleaned information that the dreaded Philippines Sulu sultanate has appointed his representatives or cell leader in every constituencies in Sabah, and that this is a threat to our security.

Now, two things came into my mind as a veteran politician or watch (i am 75 years old now).

GST kupon relod membodoh-bodohkan rakyat

It is KL the real culprit why there is SSKM, says veteran activist

PENAMPANG : A veteran political activist in Penampang said actually it was Kuala Lumpur or the Federal power the real culprit responsible for the surging calls for Sabah and Sarawak to exit the Federation.

Fredoline Edwin Lojingki, 74, in a statement issued here today said there would be no such calls and no SSKM (Sabah, Sarawak Keluar Malaysia) had the Federal power cared to listen to Sabah and Sarawak needs and aspiration all these years.

Terima kasih Musa, tapi...

Komen-Mengomen Bersama Fredolin E. Lojingki

Siber-siber judi pula tumbuh seperti cendawan tanpa kawalan dn kekangan.

Komen-Mengomen Bersama Fredolin E. Lojingki

Komen-Mengomen Bersama Fredolin E. Lojingki

Sabah – jinxed for all time?

The invasion is yet another unwelcome incident pointing
to the federal government's myopic view and disregard
of Sabah’s original ethnic fabric.
By Luke Rintod of FMT
PENAMPANG: There is a troubling question foremost in the minds of Sabahans these days – did it have to be this way?

Many believe that all the unpleasant things happening to Sabah would not have happened if the state had been allowed to remain a sovereign state within the Federation of Malaysia.

Veteran political activist, Fredoline Edwin Lojingki, 72, said the latest in a long line of unwelcome incidents – the intrusion of armed Sulu extremists in Lahad Datu – pointed to the federal government’s myopic view and disregard of the original ethnic fabric in Sabah.

‘Can we trust Sabah BN leaders, anymore?’

The only reason Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak is
desperately wooing Sabah is because Umno can no
longer rule Peninsular Malaysia without
Sabah and Sarawak.
By Luke Rintod of FMT
PENAMPANG: A veteran political activist who was once with Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) said many among the Barisan Nasional leaders in Sabah had at many times told crowds that BN stands for “Barisan Nah Sial”.
Fredoline Edwin Lojingki, 71, who is now with opposition State Reform Party (STAR) said he could name these hypocrite leaders who are now heaping praises after praises on BN and its corrupt leaders.
“These leaders once referred to BN as Barisan Nah Sial but they are singing a different tune now because they are now ministers, they got projects and all the trappings of power,” he said in a statement here today in response to PBS Johnny Mositun’s statement yesterday.

Many BN leaders once said Barisan "Nah Sial", says Star veteran

Why no party cares about the "bankrupts"?

By Fredoline Edwin Lojingki
PENAMPANG : As a veteran political activist, i wonder why the ruling government has failed to look into the welfare of 250,000 "bankrupts" in Malaysia.

In Sabah alone, there could be at least 30,000 bankrupts, including very young people.

It is very easy to be declared bankrupt in Malaysia and once a bankrupt it is the start of a very difficult years with a lot of limitations on what one could do to reclaim self-esteem.

Many are youngsters who have a lot of opportunities in their future.

Pairin is now desperate

PENAMPANG: PBS president Joseph Pairin Kitingan is easily agitated these days and his “desperation” is showing itself, said his long-time friend and a former party associate.
Fredoline Edwin Lojingki, 71, believes that Pairin, 72, is worried that he and his party might lose in the coming general election.
He said Pairin’s recent labelling of his younger brother Jeffrey as liar was a “manifestation of his desperation” to cling to a fast disappearing aura”, especially with the younger generation of Sabahans.
Jeffrey helms the surging State Reform Party (STAR) whose backbone supporters are Sabahans who are under 40. The party claims it has 175,000 members and has made significant inroads into Kadazandusun and Murut (KDM) areas which were once PBS and Upko strongholds. Both PBS and Upko are Barisan Nasional allies.

Pairin's longtime friend disagrees with attack on Dr Jeffrey...

By Fredoline Edwin Lojingki
PENAMPANG : As a veteran political activist who have been with Joseph Pairin Kitingan for very long years, including when we were both members of Pekemas, an opposition party in the 1960s and 1970s, i cannot but comment on the on-going Pairin's bashing his younger brother Dr Jeffrey.

The sudden outburst by Pairin against his own brother, who is now Star Sabah chapter chairman, including labeling him as liar, speaks volume of his disappointment and paranoia at the shifting support to his younger brother's struggle. Pairin must be so desperate now to cling to power he had taken for granted by supporting a clearly hegemonising and dictating Umno.

Reaction on "all are frogs" story

PENAMPANG : Yet to a veteran politician, Fredoline Edwin Lojingki, 72, one must be judged on what he has been doing or trying to do in his leadership as a politician. "In Sabah, actually all are frogs, but who among these frogs are really fighting for the state rights and the people?" he argued.

Lojingki, who himself had been with Unko in 1960s and then with PBS for a long time until he quit from it recently to join Star, also is of the opinion that there is a great difference between what Dr Jeffrey is trying to achieve to that of the rest of his contemporary in Sabah's politics.

Include issuance of Bumiputera certs scandal in the RCI, says veteran

By Ezra Haganez
PENAMPANG : The proposed Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) on the illegal immigrants in Sabah and the issuance of Malaysian documents to them, shall include investigation on the rampant issuance of Bumiputera certificate to those unqualified to get it, said a veteran activist, Fred Lojingki

"Being a 71 year old activist, i have seen with my own eyes documents whereby granting even pure Chinese the status as Bumiputera when they could not even trace indigenous blood in their family tree," he claimed in a statement here Thursday.

Pairin and PBS going against the wishes of Sabahans, says close friend

PENAMPANG : A local veteran activist who was active with the now-defunct UNKO, Fredoline Edwin Lojingki, said he has had enough of increasingly UMNO-leaning Joseph Pairin Kitingan and PBS lately, now lost confidence in Pairin to continue leading, especially the natives.

Lojingki, 71, who claimed to be a close friend of Pairin and many in PBS at one time, alleged that PBS has deviated from its original struggle to safeguard the state and the people especially the Kadazandusun community.
