Stabbing with a borrowed knife

How did the infamous Raja Petra Kamaruddin (RPK) arrive at the conclusion that Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah was complicit in some imaginary plot to block Najib from becoming PM? That conclusion has a higher probability of being false than true.

He alluded to a meeting of some 30 bloggers at Tengku Razaleigh’s house some time ago.

Scorpenes, Altantuya to make waves in France when open court starts May-June

Enter Muhyiddin, actor No. 3 in Umno's 'liar politics' 1Melayu, 1Bumi drama

Deputy Prime Minister Muhyddin Yassin's protective comments of Umno-owned newspaper Utusan and its proposed 1Melayu, 1Bumi is unlikely to set off the same fire that snaked through the nation when he declared he was Malay first and Malaysian second last year.

His political rivals warned that it was just a gimmick to satisfy the right-wing members in Umno, with Prime Minister Najib Razak and former premier Mahathir Mohamad already briefed and agreeable to the script. Both Najib and Mahathir had scolded Utusan for its suggestion last week, saying it could destroy racial unity.

Selangor Exco Elizabeth Wong's personal assistant arrested by Miri Police

CAN WE MALAYSIANS REALLY CONDONE SUCH ACTS BY POLICEMEN AND I WONDERED WHETHER WE ARE ACTUALLY LIVING IN A DEMOCRATIC ERA OR WE ARE STILL WAY BACK 50 YEARS AGO !!!!!

Opposition Party's Member of Parliament  YB Elizabeth Wong’s PA was dragged by Police in Miri lasst week under no Charge or Offence ....
The guy “arrested” in the video is Adrian.  He is one of the few young upcoming Malaysian who is taking a responsible role in Malaysia’s future – by protecting its forest.  He works for Elizabeth as her PA under her environment portfolio.  He was at the vote counting centre at Miri and was hauled off like a “spread eagled animal”.

the fight for justice MUST continue...use our votes wisely...

The IGP must explain this! We must stop this nonsense brutality !!!

In a free and democratic country, the police should protect its people irrespective of race, economic standing and religion but in Malaysia they don't.  This incident is a clear example of how they operate.  It is clear cut Police brutality and intimidation.  Do you still trust them?

As you can see, even Elizabeth Wong herself was man handled and pushed.  Is that how you would treat an MP ?  Don't dream that Malaysia is a democratic country yet.  It is still living in the dark ages.  How can it be a developed country by whatever date as long as this kind of attitude still exist.  Remember, Adrian, the PA is not a dangerous hard core criminal or terrorist.
Adrian is now safely back home.  He is his parent’s only son.  I can only imagine his parent’s anguish when they first heard what happened to Adrian.  Maybe it was something like what Teoh Beng Hock’s family went through (and still going through).  Maybe also with Easter round the corner, it may stir our hearts to think of what people of passion go through.
.
The fight for justice is a long one especially in a corrupt country like Malaysia.  Perhaps, one day, with the sacrifices of the good and just people, Malaysia can become a developed country but not for now or even in the near future.  Corrupted leaders in Egypt, Syria, Libya had been ousted .... so BN has to go !!!

Malaysia really need reforms desperately !!

Why Allah and not Tuhan?

By NH Chan

Q: Why do Christians use the word ‘Allah’ in their Malay language Bible and not ‘Tuhan’?

A: It is because Christians, Jews and Muslims worship the same God as the God of Abraham.

Before we all get confused, it is necessary to point out at the outset that the word which is spelt ‘Allah’ is an English word because it is written in English.

RPK's motive

Raja Petra Kamarudin used to be a hero in everyone's heart. Today, he is anything but a hero. Whatever it is, RPK has fallen from grace. And there's no doubt about it.

Why the 1M’sia e-mail initiative is a plain waste

Here is my analysis of Najib’s brilliant Malaysia initiative to give every single Malaysian over the age of 18 with an “official e-mail” apparently to receive news, bills, yadayadayada. The initiative is expected to cost RM50 million. I won’t speculate whether the cost will balloon, I will just go with RM50million.

Love is more powerful than hate

If the opposition wins 35% of the votes, Barisan Nasional will win 90% of the seats. If the opposition wins 45% of the votes, Barisan Nasional will still rule with a two-thirds majority. If the opposition wins 50% of the votes, Barisan Nasional will still rule with a simple but large majority. If the opposition wins 55% of the votes, Barisan Nasional will still rule with a very slim majority. If the opposition wins 60% of the votes, then Barisan Nasional would probably lose the government. If the opposition wins 65% of the votes, then Barisan Nasional will for sure lose the government.

A disgraced legend

However, heroes do not always enjoy freedom of expression. A hero is expected to come up with extreme and biased remarks. No one needs the truth anyway; all that they want are emotionally charged one-sided stories and gossips. If a hero utters anything unpleasing to the ears of his audience, he will find himself instantly censured.
