KOTA KINABALU: Speculations are rife that a subtle power shift may be taking place in Parti Bersatu Sabah.

Indication of change came to light with rumours that Kota Marudu parliamentarian Maximum Ongkili was shifting his political base to his hometown in Tambunan where his family is building a big house on an ancestral land, just a stone’s throw from his uncle Joseph Pairin Kitingan’s home.

PRE-ELECTION ANALYSIS, KOTA KINABALU: If general election is held in July or August this year as many speculated, the opposition parties belief that they have a chance in Sabah, is nothing more than merely day-dreaming. Sabah, with 25 Parliamentary seats, again is set to be the ever safe "fix-deposit" for Barisan Nasional. This is a fact.

Celebrate Your Culture, Or Risk Losing It

That was what Datuk Herbert Timbon Lagadan, told his fellow Dusun Tindals at a Kaamatan celebration at Kampung Gaur, Kota Belud today (June 2, 2011).

"We must continue to celebrate our Kaamatan, and promote our culture, or else we risk losing our good culture," he said in his speech at the celebration. The Community Development and Consumer Affairs Assistant Minister who is also Kadamaian assemblyman, said effort to promote the ethnic foods, especially those raw materials derived from the wild, should be carried out.

He said wild vegetables once popular in the olden days like the lembiding, mentimahar, polod and others are a much healthier and better food as they contain no chemicals...

This is what a govt is supposed to do for her citizens... not rape and pillage resources for their own benefit!

Remember this everytime you have to speak about our Govt, that there is still hope of good people doing the right thing in govt. We just need to keep voting the right person in!

The unreasonable jacked prices of cars in Malaysia

This artificial price can't last forever or else Malaysia's economy will collapse! So stop buying new car and vote to change the corrupted BN govt......
