PADA 1 Mei 2011, laman web Sabahkini.net telah menyiarkan laporan berhubung tindakan oleh Pengarah Sekolah Henry Gurney Keningau dan rakan-rakannya yang menggunakan kekerasan terhadap orang awam iaitu Encik Ben Cheah Pin Xen. Kejadian dilaporkan berlaku pada lewat malam 30 April 2011 di sebuah kedai runcit 24 jam di Kenungau, Sabah dan ianya telah mengakibatkan kecederaan dialami oleh Ben Cheah Ping Xen.

KOTA KINABALU: The father of an assault victim is demanding an investigation into the brutal beating of his son led by a senior Prisons Department officer at a convenience store in the interior town of Keningau.

Cheah You Hock, 53, said that his son was assaulted by the men following a misunderstanding over an alleged traffic offence outside the shop.
