KOTA KINABALU: United Borneo Front (UBF), which has been calling for the reinstatement of Sabah and Sarawak rights as stipulated under the Malaysia Agreement, wants Sabah Muslims to reject Umno’s ‘Ketuanan Melayu” (Malay supremacy) concept.

“Sabahan Muslims should reject the Ketuanan Melayu concept because Malays were non-existent during pre-Independence (in Sabah),” said UBF vice chairman Awang Ahmad Shah.

Jeffrey: Leave BN and join Borneo Alliance
to safeguard Sabah, Sarawak
“The political parties in Sabah and Sarawak need to safeguard and protect the rights and autonomy of the Borneo States as enshrined in the Malaysia Agreement.   Therefore, I call upon all the Sabah and Sarawak component parties of Barisan Nasional (BN) to leave BN and join the Borneo Alliance to safeguard Sabah and Sarawak as mooted by UBF” said its founder, Datuk Dr. Jeffrey Kitingan to the local BN components in the Borneo States as a follow-up to the announcement of the formation of the Borneo Alliance at the 1st anniversary of UBF last Saturday.

Racial Tension Threats Against RCI Treason and Scandalous

By Awang Ahmad Sah

“The statement by Pekida Sabah head, Akjan, that the proposed Royal Commision of Inquiry (RCI) would cause racial tension among the various ethnic groups in Sabah is not only irresponsible but scandalous, ridiculous and a treason to all genuine Sabahans” replied Awang Ahmad Sah, the Deputy Chairman of UBF.

All ethnic groups in Sabah including local Suluks and Bajaus have been living together and working hand in hand since Independence in 1963 and have even formed the State Government together and shared the power.

‘Akjan is an Umno frontman’

By Luke Rintod of FMT
KOTA KINABALU: Sabah political activists are taken aback by the outright rejection by controversial businessman Mohd Akjan Ali Muhammad of a Royal Commission (RCI) to investigate the suspicious increase in Sabah’s legal population and the claim that citizenship had been exchanged for votes.

Akjan, a self-proclaimed sultan of Sulu, who made good in the state and is now chairman of the influential Malaysian Muslim Welfare Association (Pekida), took many by surprise when he returned to the public stage after sparking outrage for his claim to royalty earlier this year.

Kdn Harus Perjelaskan Isu Pertabalan Akjan Sebagai Sultan Sulu

Pekida objection to RCI and threat of civil unrest

Press Statements (Dec 19, 2011) by:
1. Peter Marajin
2. Dr Nicholas James Guntobon
3. Fredoline Edwin Lojingki
4. Daniel John Jambun

1. PETER MARAJIN, lawyer and SAPP supreme council member

KOTA KINABALU: It is obvious now that a political party is behind Akjan in objecting the establishment of RCI. No wonder despite the calls by all parties and all concerned Sabahansto form the RCI, this particular party and its leaders from top to bottom are using every mean to dislodge any legitimate attempt to investigate the issuance of dubious citizenship to foreigners. Akjan himself a benefactor of this party has now allowed himself to be used by the party, for reasons best known to both.

Burak Sem's email to Datuk Najib...

Datuk Najib,

You say in your speech at Sungai Petani that opposition pact is fragile and cannot be sustained because its parties are cooperating only due to their hatred for the Barisan Nasional. Do you think so?

What about me, quoting from the Holy Bible, Matthew 7:1, quote "Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the log in your own eye?

Perjuangan Datuk Dr Jeffrey Tulen Membela Hak Rakyat

Sabah trapped in divide-and-rule politics

The new 'Borneo Agenda' alliance, born of Jeffrey Kitingan,
has consigned the one party for all concept to the
dustbins of Sabah.

KOTA KINABALU: The entry of the Sarawak Reform Party (STAR) into Sabah through the membership of maverick politician Jeffrey Kitingan and his allies has opened the door to yet another multi-racial coalition in Sabah.

On the heels of the ruling Barisan Nasional (BN) and the opposition Pakatan Rakyat, STAR’s link up with Jeffrey’s United Borneo Front (UBF) along with the Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP), Usno and the Sabah People Front (SPF) may be seen as the new-coalition-kid-on-the-block battling for the hearts and minds of Sabahans.
