Sairin, okey let us debate says STAR's Dr Nicholas

KENINGAU :  UMNO's Liawan State Assemblyman Sairin Karno has challenged STAR's Sabah chairman Datuk Dr Jeffrey Kitingan to a debate on the 20 Points and Borneonisation.

Such a challenge to Dr Jeffrey should come from Sabah UMNO Chief Musa Aman and not Sairin who lacks locus standi.

Defence Ministry moves to soothe Dusun natives

KOTA BELUD: The local grapevine in Kota Belud is abuzz over a scheduled visit by Defence Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, seen as an attempt to soothe uneasiness among the local Dusun natives ahead of a crucial general election.

Word is that Zahid is coming to Sabah to, among others, attend a briefing and visit areas in Kem Paradise that could be excised and later be “given back” to the surrounding Dusun Tindal villages in the area.

Kem Paradise is a huge army training base in Kota Belud. It’s probably the only military base in the world that shares its turf with densely populated villages.

On a FAITH that He does or does not exist! And that SHOULD NOT BE!If there is ONE all-powerful creator who built the heavens, built you, and has plans for your future, then you should be able to PROVE it! Not just BELIEVE He exists, but PROVE that He exists! To prove it as an absolute FACT, so that you no longer have to just have FAITH that He exists, but so that you can KNOW, as surely as you know the sun will rise tomorrow, that there IS a God!

KOTA KINABALU, April 4, 2012: The purpose of this Press Conference is to announce the LAND AND NCR REFORMS MASTERPLAN of STAR Sabah and the relevant portion of the STATE ADMINISTRATION REFORMS related to land administration which forms part of the Land and NCR Masterplan.

“Under its Land and NCR Reforms Masterplan, STAR will respect and restore the rights of natives to NCR and native lands and prioritize land for all Sabahans based on its policy and vision “NCR FIRST, SABAH LAND FOR SABAHANS FIRST”.
