Malaysia has no legitimacy in Sabah, Sarawak?

Former Petagas Assemblyman James Ligunjang  -- defeated in 1994, according to him, by illegal voters on the electoral rolls -- is misleading everybody with his Hormati Perjanjian Malaysia 63 Campaign.

He does not touch on the following:

Hormati Perjanjian Malaysia 1963 is like flogging a dead horse. It's too little, too late.

He flatters himself if he thinks that the authorities will move against him for flogging a dead horse.

No new Federation called Malaysia -- as an Equal Partnership of Sabah, Sarawak and Malaya (Singapore was merged with Malaya) -- was set up in 1963 as per Article 1 of the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63).

No new Malaysian Constitution was drawn up in 1963.

Instead, the Malayan Federation or the Federation of Malaya set up under the Federation of Malaya Agreement 1948 changed its name to Malaysian Federation or the Federation of Malaysia.

Article 1(1) of the Federal Constitution states that Sabah and Sarawak are the 12th and 13th states in Malaya, now known as Malaysia; Sabah and Sarawak are the 12th and 13th states in the Malayan Federation, now known as the Malaysian Federation; Sabah and Sarawak are the 12th and 13th states in the Federation of Malaya, now known as Federation of Malaysia.

Read definition of Federation in Article 160 of the Federal Constitution.

16 Sept 1963, Malaysia Day, was Occupation Day.

The present status of Sabah and Sarawak vis a vis Malaysia (formerly known as Malaya), as the 12th and 13th states, was not the intention of the Founding Fathers in Borneo in 1962/1963.

The people of Sabah and Sarawak have the right, under international law, to self-determination.

There must be decolonisation in Sabah and Sarawak.

The present status of Sabah and Sarawak is the unfinished chapter in the history of the British Empire in the region. Borneo's Plight in Malaysia Foundation (Bopim) President Daniel John Jambun wrote to Queen Elizabeth II and she passed his letter to the Foreign Secretary and nothing came out of it.

Except for Daniel's letter, which he probably doesn't know about, James Ligunjang doesn't mention all the other aspects mentioned

Instead, he's harping on Hormati Perjanjian Malaysia 1963.

What does he mean by that?

How does he want Putrajaya to Hormati Perjanjian Malaysia 1963?

He should spell it out.

What he has done so far has been to simply take Jeffrey Kitingan's failed "Putrajaya has been in non-compliance on the Malaysia Agreement 1963" campaign and recycled it as "Hormati Perjanjian Malaysia 1963".

The people of Sabah and Sarawak have been misled for so long by their politicians.

Only strong governments in Sabah and Sarawak can resolve their plight with Malaysia and help regain the sovereignty of their people.

We cannot move forward in Borneo and Malaysia unless we let go of the past. The Malaysia Agreement 1963 is history. Malaysia is history.

Malaysia has no legitimacy in Borneo.

Putrajaya has been party to illegalities in Sabah. James Ligunjang himself attributes his defeat in 1994 in Petagas to illegals on the electoral rolls. He posted this allegation in the Political Forum in whatsapp.
